The SDLC supports and promotes decent wages, safe working conditions, fair taxes, a sustainable environment and strong social programs, including childcare, Medicare and pensions. We work for social equality and to end racism and discrimination. The SDLC takes an active interest in progressive social, economic and political policies that benefit the community as a whole.
Mission Statement
The Squamish & District Labour Committee is chartered by the Canadian Labour Congress and provides information and support for union and non-union workers and their families.
