Relay for Life
The Canadian Cancer Society's Relay for Life is a 12-hour relay event that raises funds for cancer research, cancer prevention, patient services and advocacy. The Relay for Life also takes the time to honour cancer survivors and to acknowledge those who are living with cancer or have passed away from the illness. The Relay for life is for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy activities, music, entertainment, great food and an atmosphere of an old-fashioned family picnic day.
